At Astonishing Lashes, every service is performed with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because lash extension services require both time and product that cannot be returned once performed, all services are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with your lashes, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will happily evaluate your lashes and, if needed, schedule a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
